Tried to speak to someone about the…

Tried to speak to someone about the interest paid on my 6 month fixed term deposit. Interest did not equate t0the advertised rate. Phone numbers not valid. Useless AI on chat that wont put me through to a human. Eventually did get to a human who said they were looking into it then just never replied

Never again

Never again. My prosper app is saying £0 instead of the £20k I had invested. I’ve called all day, I’ve sent emails, I’m leaving messages on chat. Emails are not answered. Chat I can see they are active but do not reply. Call them, and am told I’m speaking to a receptionist, and they can’t help!!! Edit: I’m not sure who wrote the reply below, but it’s a complete fabrication of the truth. On the day of maturity, I had no correspondence, until the evening, when I persisted in leaving messages on chat and finally received a reply, then the messages stopped, even though I could see they were “active”.The day after I should have received my money (when my money had disappeared from my account), again, even though I tried via several ways, I had no correspondence with anyone, until around midday. At no time did you offer to call me, it’s what I desperately wanted, I would have snapped up the offer of a call. Furthermore, after finally receiving my money, last night I had a call from, I believe, a manager apologising that Prosper had let me down, and from it, lessons will be learnt. He said that the app will be updated with more info regarding to procedure of returning money and they were looking into training the call centre to be able to answer basic questions. So, as these are facts and the truth, I don’t believe i need to reflect on the 1 star review. Feedback like this should be accepted for a young business so that it can improve on its communication to customers. Edit 2: (Prosper Bank keep updating the reply and not leaving the previous reply!!)A whole week on from eventually receiving my money back, I’ve finally received my booster from Prosper Bank. I repeat, NEVER AGAIN.

Good app

Good app - only issue doesn’t show pending inputs and purchases making you concerned where the money is. Doesn’t have a personal graph for returns or portfolio which would be good

I recently moved my SIPP's and S&S ISA's over from Dodl and InvestEngine. The primary reasons for doing so: 1 - Prosper has ZERO account fees (Dodl charge 0.15% / min £1)2 - Unlike InvestEngine, Prosper allows transfers into their SIPP accounts from multiple investment platforms (not just Vanguard). After a year, I grew tired of waiting for IE to implement their transfer process.3 - Prosper offers a great range of Index, ETF’s, Money Market and Bond products for the average retail investor. My favourite being the HSBC FTSE All World Index Fund.4 - KISS (Keep it simple stupid) Prospers investment app does just that!5 - My transfer experience has been seamless. I could not initially see InvestEngine on the dropdown list of companies I could transfer in from (I am sure this will be updated soon). After contacting customer services via the in app feature, Rohan simply provided me with a PDF transfer request form to populate. Rohan has provided great communication throughout the process. Thank you Rohan.Features and products I would like to see in the near future as Prosper grows:1 - The ability to set up direct debits in and then auto invest the funds. This would be super!2 - Lifetime ISA3 - Cash ISA4 - In specie transfers-------------------------Overall, a great product from Prosper. Please keep the ZERO fee principle!

Unhappy with earning no interest and their response

I was very unhappy that my money was held by them earning no interest for several days before it was put into the savings account where it was supposed to go. I did ask them about this and got no help at all, and they seem to think they did well holding my money for just 3 days with no interest - how complacent they are. There was no warning this would happen before the event, I would not have carried out the transaction if I had known or been adequately advised beforehand. They could have offered to return the funds to me if I was.unhappy but they offered to do exactly nothing when I called them - BEWARE!
