The mesh is not sent with a straigh cut

The mesh is not sent with a straight cut, so there are two problems:1) aesthetically it does not looks good, as you can see how the bottom and top parts do not go straight ending in the same grid line.2) and more importantly, it is impossible to tighten the mesh between posts, which generates “bellies” in the mesh itself.This has happened to me with other mesh, but honestly they were much cheaper. For what is paid in this case, I expected that at least the cut would be straight.If I had known that, I would have bought the mesh elsewhere for much less money.

Great Product and Service

Fabulous product and very knowledgeable. I have downsized from a large detached house where I had a big catio built off of the conservatory. I have moved towns and now have a small 1800 s stone terraced cottage with stone courtyard garden. Firstly they cover North Wales and they had no problem drilling into the stonework. You can buy the kits and do this yourself but I preferred to use their local installer. I have no parking so he had to unload kit and drills etc and then park in town car park and walk back. Not a squeak from him until he had finished and he then took me round and showed me how to maintain the kit. I can now have my kitchen door open and can get in with making this garden pretty. My five older indoor rescues now have another room in which to sit. I think the self installation kits start from about £500. This was £1700 including installation and was top of my budget when I moved. Fabulous. Wish I could attach some photos.

Lionel’s ‘Cat Proofed’ Garden

I had my garden ‘Cat Proofed’ this week and couldn’t be happier with the service and finish! My beautiful kitten Lionel is my absolute world and though I have a Catio (also installed by Protect a Pet) which is well used I felt that when I had the money I would give Lionel his freedom within the boundaries of my garden. Protect a Pet’s operative Warren installed the fencing toppers and also netted my little alley where I store my bins. He was professional, efficient and had an excellent work ethic and the finish is stunning! Craig who arranged the work was knowledgeable, I had questions and he was so helpful and Anna called me a few days after the work was complete to see if I was happy with everything. I am more than happy and would recommend (& already have) Protect a Pet to everyone! Their customer service is second to none, I have felt really looked after during this whole journey! I’m so pleased I did this and would encourage others to do it too!

I 100% recommend ProtectaPet

So pleased with the cat protection installed in my garden (I had the cat fence barriers installed) and so is Betty as she can now explore with confidence. I can't fault the process from start to finish. Craig was brilliant at answering any questions I had and Warren was an absolute star working through what had been the hottest day of the year at that point and pointing out extra areas that he could see where Betty could potentially make an escape. It gives me complete piece of mind to know that Betty can explore the garden safely but not get out, so she's a happy at-home cat, rather than an indoor cat.I 100% recommend ProtectaPet and if I moved would not hesitate to use them again.
