The company was easy to deal with and reliable. The coach arrived on time. It was clean and comfortable. The driver took us safely into London and back.The journey was well-prepared, with an optimal drop-off point sought out ahead of time.
Proximity Travel reassure you. They are great communicators and organisers. I recently contracted them for a 13 day tour with 28 Americans from Edinburgh to London. Everything went to plan but, more importantly, the drivers were good and I felt that I was looked after throughout the period. As a guide I’ve dealt with coach companies for over 30 years and have often felt nervous post booking. Not with these guys.
With 4hrs to go, I was asked to book at 25+ seater coach. I contact Proximity Coach, as well as a few others. But Proximity were the first to call me back for more details . He asked if I could give him 15/20mins to sort, which i was happy to. 10mins later he had sorted it all. quick fast professional. Thank you soooo much.
We booked a 53 seater coach for an association road trip in June. The booking process was fantastic with great communication from the team at Proximity. The driver on the day was accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. Matt regularly checked in with us to ensure everything was ok. Great service.
