Brilliant service from Proximity. We were let down the night before we travelled by another company. I contacted Proximity at the end of the day when we were due to leave at 10am the next day for a long journey to the ferry, and Matt & Kath couldn't have been more helpful. Quickly found us a coach. Great service provided in a lovely coach. Thank you. Will 100% use & recommend in the future.
We found Proximity Coaches at very short notice, but they rallied around us to ensure that our young people could have the best day out. Khawar, our driver, was incredibly friendly and ensured that everyone was welcomed onto the bus. We would absolutely recommend Proximity to others, and will be looking to book future trips using their services in the future.
I am very grateful to coach travel, although we did not have a reservation with them, there was a delay situation with a flight that arrived from Barcelona to Bristol with my daughter and a group from the university and since the original company with which they had the reservation never answered the phone to confirm the delay the coach travel company solved the problem and everyone arrived home without problem
Brilliant experience from first booking to the initial event. The team were prompt when I made the booking and on the day the driver called us beforehand to let us know where he would be parked and everything ran smoothly. Excellent company and I would not hesitate to book again.
