We booked two trips with this bus company for our rugby tour to London, and everything was absolutely perfect. From the start, we were warmly welcomed, and the service was professional and well organized. Both journeys ran smoothly, and we made it to all our destinations right on time. The drivers were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely book with them again for our next trip!
I had a great experience using proximity travel for transport to the Wembley Everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The coach was clean, comfortable, and on time, The drivers where very helpful friendly and professional, and the whole journey felt well-organised and relaxed, can’t thank Matt enough for a great day!
If you want to feel safe and cared for during your journey, think twice before choosing to work with this company!We are a group of 78 people traveling from England to Italy. The problems started right from the beginning broken air conditioning, poorly planned travel logistics, and the drivers were forced to take an unscheduled break. Instead of 27 hours, our journey took 42 hours! At first, there was no help at all. The company only responded when they realized we might leave negative reviews.To be honest, issues like a cracked windshield, dirty interiors, broken power outlets, or faulty seats all of which we experienced at the start of the trip were the least of our concerns.We stayed in Italy for 5 days plenty of time for the company and the trip organizer to fix the coach. They did absolutely nothing! Literally nothing!We boarded the bus again, and after just 2 hours, we had to stop due to extreme heat. We were assured the air conditioning was working and it was safe to continue. Less than an hour later, even the drivers were concerned about the temperature inside the coach! We had to pull over again, and while sitting on the pavement, one of the boys nearly lost consciousness! Are you out of your minds? Does your company even realize that it is endangering the lives of 78 people? There are children on this trip!The transport company claimed the coach was safe from England, without even checking it in person! No one came to inspect it. They simply said, from a distance, that the bus in Italy was safe.You are the worst company we have ever dealt with!I strongly urge everyone to be extremely cautious when considering working with this company. Always remember your safety comes first.

I will not be using your company again! Please think twice before choosing the company! We’ve been travelling from England to Italy with young children . Journey took 42 hours . From the beginning we had a problem with broken air conditioning, which was extremely uncomfortable . Children were vomiting due to the heat. Our requests not been taken seriously. We felt extremely vulnerable and we’ve not been listen and children’s needs been neglected .Coach drivers have a legal responsibility to ensure the safety and well-being of their passengers. This includes a duty of care. This company is not following the law . We are currently on our way back home and we are experiencing even worst issue . Temperature outside are reaching 30 degrees and we have no air conditioning on board , we have to take more breaks which will make our journey delayed. Children should be back at school on Monday but this company is not taking into consideration that extreme heat is making children unwell . Coach is old , toilets aren’t working ! It’s disgusting.

The company only responded when we threatened to leave a bad review.Broken seats, dirty interiors, a cracked windshield, and faulty outlets were the least of our concerns.We stayed in Italy for 5 days more than enough time to fix the coach but nothing was done. On the way back, we had to stop again because of the heat. The air conditioning still didn’t work, and one boy nearly fainted. It was extremely unsafe, especially with children on board.The company claimed, from afar, that the coach was fine without checking it in person. Completely irresponsible.Never again! Think twice before choosing this company. Your safety should always come first.
Had a great time working with Proximity Coach Travel. We had 2 groups of people coming in to the Uk and they made the airport pick up easier for us. The drivers are very good at communicating and l was in touch with Matt who was so helpful and made sure we had all the information we needed.
