We recently used Proximity Coach Travel for a group airport transfer, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. We were a group of 20 people heading to the airport for an early morning flight, and everything ran smoothly. The coach arrived on time and had plenty of space for both passengers and luggage.Booking was straightforward, and the customer service team was responsive and accommodating to our needs. I would highly recommended for any group travel needs!
Super Communication with a Personalised Service : Though I spoke with or emailed several members of Proximity Coach Travel over the process of organising travel for our group, my main contact was with Astrid. I highly recommend this company - they conduct themselves professionally but have the customer’s needs in mind as they tailor the transport to them accordingly. Our community group organised a retail therapy trip for 57 women to raise awareness for mental health, which meant lot's of short stops at different shopping outlets with limited parking/restrictions, this requirement increased price and issues, Proximity Coach Hire took all our requirements and expectations onboard and tailored a package to meet our needs.
