Attempting to find out details regarding a long running benefit from a company that I left over 10 years ago, I was finally able to get in touch with a woman named Millie that, although it took a lot of effort on her part, she was able to provide me with the details necessary for me to get into the account that I needed access to.
Millie was friendly and certainly very knowledgeable about the processes.
This one is long due, the other day I spoke to Phil, I had some questions about the app and different options I see with my share saver program. Completely clueless I decided to give a customer support. Phil was extremely patient and helped with all my doubts, which really helped me out. Thanks for all the help Phil
This time I've used HelpChat to get some info. Unfortunately it was not possible to get that info via e-mail (that's how I understood support agent), or better to say it's not possible to send a mail to support. That's something that can be improved. The agent who helped me (Nayim) has answered all my questions and now I am waiting to get copy of the chat transcript via email. At the moment I can rate this experience with 5 stars. Let's see will I get promised info via email.
I recently have some trouble with submitting tax form updates in equateplus. After some head scratching, decided to use their help chat feature and I got assisted by Ganista, who is really helpful and guided me in minutes on how the problem can be resolved. The responsiveness of the help chat and the timely manner of the resolution impressed me, as typically I don't have such great experience with help chats. I hope that they'll keep up the good level of service!!
I called for support to discuss my work scheme maturity options and to access my app from home. Nayim was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. He went over and above and genuinely wanted to help, a brilliant service when i need help in fear of what to click and how to transact. A huge thank you Nayim!!
