I won a social media contest last Thursday which was 5 days ago. They notified via messenger but you are still required to send an email with detailed information to claim it. I immediately sent the email with no response at all. I sent 3 more emails up to today and never received any type of response! 🤐. I've never won on their site anyway but it's the principle of it!!!! I won't be playing on Pulsz Bingo anymore and I definitely don't recommend that site!
i recently made an account on Pulsz. put 10$ in and turned it into 100 through blackjack. the next day i tried to play i was logged out of my account. refunded my money, and then banned. id never recommend this casino to anyone. go use Stake.us or any other one.
I’m not sure what happened to my review so here I go again. 2.5 stars. Wow you guys have to do better. This is absolutely ridiculous. I can’t get my unauthorized charges refunded. They said they processed it which is just a portion of it then I didn’t even get all of that. So sent emails after emails and they just ignore you and no response whatsoever. I just noticed that none of reviews on here got a response from them but they will quickly respond to the positive reviews. They know they are screwing players over every way possible and they think they are untouchable because of their self serving terms of service which states they can do whatever when’re however they feel like it. What planet are you living on?! ESPECIALLY TAKING INTO THE FACT THAT YOU ARE OPERATING ILLEGAL UNSANCTIONED UNREGULATED. UNLICENSED AND UNREGISTERED IN STATE OF CALIFORNIA. YOU ARE NOT FOOLING ANYBODY WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES DISGUISE. I URGE EVERYBODY ON HERE THAT HAS HAD A NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE AND FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS AND FEEL REALLY SCREWED?! PLEASE GO TO DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE AND STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS WEBSITE AND FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT ABOUT PULSZ,COM AND PULSZ.BINGO.COM. WE CANT KEEP LETTING THESE PEOPLE DECEIVE,DEFRAUD and HARMING THE CONSUMERS ITS THEFT BY DECEPTION WHICH IS CRIMINAL IN UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. THEY ARE COMMITTING BANK FRAUD, WIRE FRAUD, AND MONEY LAUNDERING. (I ALLEGE) I AM SICK OF SENDING EMAILS AFTER EMAILS WITHOUT A RESPONSE AND RESOLUTION. I AM PISSED! THE AUDACITY OF THESE PEOPLE IN MIND BLOWING TO ME.
Terrible website, they'll let u win when betting little amounts about 8 times out of 20, bet anything a dollar or more and you'll lose 30 spins in a row, but start betting under a dollar and they let u win around 35% of the time again but you still won't make back what your betting, up the bet and your right back to losing 30+ spins, they mess with the odds big time don't waste your time or money, just go to a real casino atleast then you get to enjoy the atmosphere
