I ordered two necklaces and received a tracking number a week later that never updated, and it looks completely fabricated. I reached out to customer service, but their responses were neither helpful nor insightful. This feels like a total scam, and I will be disputing this. All the positive reviews seem suspiciously fake.
Edit: Still no response after 72 hours and multiple emails. Avoid this service at all costs, especially if you need to cancel your order. They refuse to cooperate, even though their policy states, 'cancel within 24 hours for a full refund.' I placed an order and about 20 minutes later, I reconsidered. I reached out to cancel, and they replied before 5 AM asking why I wanted to cancel, then claimed they would contact the warehouse to ensure my order hadn't been processed yet. I responded with urgency, but by 8 PM, I hadn’t heard back. Their cancellation policy seems designed to prevent refunds. They appear determined to deny refunds, despite what their policy states. It's a terrible way to handle cancellations.
I mistakenly ordered a necklace without customization as it didn’t upload properly. I thought it would be an easy fix to contact them to cancel. They responded once via email without any follow-up, so now I'm stuck with the first necklace. I've emailed them five times, but it seems to be an AI response system. This has been the worst online ordering experience I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. UPDATE: I eventually got an update, but had to message their Instagram account; it might be easier to reach them that way.
This product was wonderful! It made my friend's birthday very special. The support team was incredibly helpful when I accidentally provided the wrong shipping address. They kept me informed throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this service.
