Came out looking good, but a little difficult to make out dog print. That maybe because of picture that I used though so overall I'm satisfied and it will make a great gift for my husband and brother in law. We lost our boxer. Ahkrin just a few weeks ago and it's hit us really hard. Thank you for this memory piece.
This is absolutely beautiful. My dog passed away less than a month ago and I have been struggling mentally. This necklace and ring really helps me. The engraving look exactly like the picture I sent and it just makes my heart happy. Thank you ♥️
Loosing my dog to old age has been difficult on me and my family. Purchasing these necklaces and bracelets i was kinda nervous that it wouldn't look like my dog. But once I received it, it brought so much joy to me and my little sister now we get to carry a little something of our dog along with us.Thank you so much to pupring for creating such a wonderful necklaces and bracelet.
When I first bougth pupring necklace, it was just what I wanted. Then when my girlfriend lost her necklace I thought it would be easy to replace as they always advertoise to me that I can buy another type of product or the same using the same photo. Not only did they not send me the replacement in time, I had to reach out a month later for them to even reach out about my order saying they "needed a reference photo". So I shared my original pup ring order, PR188367, and they said they'd send it right out. They did, only they sent me the completely wrong dogs face on it with my dogs name. So I reahced out again saying they had done so, and at this point I had spent $76 dollars on the necklace, only for this week them to credit me back $40.... I will not be using it and I will be finding a better product elsewhere on Etsy probably
First I have to say the customer service is amazing with prompt responses and updates. My daughter’s necklace, with two charms, came out beautiful and arrived on time for her birthday yesterday. We are so happy and soon will be adding a new charm with our new puppy. Perfect gift. She cried. Thank you all for making this perfect gift and amazing moment.
just received my two necklaces from pupring and they are fantastic! mine looked exactly like my dog and the other one which was a gift, also looked identical to my nieces dog that just had to be put down. we are in love with them and i would 1000% recommend!
Let's learn about them carefully, don't let them take advantage of us. I have asked them to solve the problem with me since October 2024, until now they have only promised to solve it for me. But until now I have not received any compensation. Can we trust such a company to buy from them? Please consider carefully before buying or doing anything with them.
