this is a scam. I ordered a pair of boots and got something totally different from what I ordered. I got ugly shoes and they refuse to refund or exchange.This is what they said: “Our return address is in China. International logistics shipping is expensive and it would be uneconomical for both of us to return it”I lost my money and got this horrible shoes. I wouldn’t even want my worst enemies to wear these shoes.
Ordered for my wedding and the shipping was delayed to the point they were supposed to show up the day before, they using a shipping vendor who they gave the wrong address for drop off to they would only tell me part of the address but they got delivered to someone else's house in my home town and Purefit would not take responsibility saying its their shipping vendors fault and to go after them for a reimbursement, when I talked to the shipping company they confirmed they received the wrong address from Purefit and they can't issue the reimbursment. So $70+ out the window and had to scramble last second to get a different pair of boots for my wedding that ended up not matching my suit, do not order from this second rate company that does not value their customers.
As mentioned in all reviews, this company will be reported to the FTC for false advertising and fraudulent marketing. Ordered 3 pair of boots, based upon what they showed as the product and received 3 pair of boots that were totally different to what I ordered and paid for. 30% was credited back to card used and was told to keep the boots.
Its too bad u can't give it a ZERO star. I read the reviews that other ppl have left and NOBODY said they had a good experience...and this includes me... What I recieved was absolute garbage, nothing like what was advertised, they advertised leather and I received rubber and vinyl, then when I wanted a refund they refused to give a full refund 8nstead they said that they were willing to give me 30% returned to me saying that they needed to make a profit on this deal...unbelievable, what a jokeI hope nobody else has to deal with this website
