Cancel the subscription immediately, stop any further shipments, and confirm in writing that no additional charges will be made.
I also request a full refund for the unauthorized charge.
I am not interested in pausing, adjusting, or continuing any subscription.
Please confirm full cancellation and refund without delay.

Same issue here.
I was charged without placing an order, and it appears a subscription was created without my consent.
Attempts to contact the company have failed so far.
The charge has been reported to my bank and is being handled as an unauthorized transaction.
If this is happening to multiple people, it clearly needs immediate clarification from the company.
Subscribtion isn't advertised and rather hidden. You are checking out as a one time purchase without any word of subscription. There's fine print under the Pay Now button which I found later once I got charged again that says: Some items on your cart may be with a subscription. No transparency, misleading and I consider it Scamming! No refunds and cancellation is another headache! They wil not cancel your subscription and asking to do it on their webpage. When you Cancellation, the option dose not work. Don't do it folks.
You made me feel stupid by forcing on me a substription I never made and came up with a 20 days cancellation which was not mentioned in the terms of purchase.Because of this my Paypal has been block being in minus because I ordered the money back from my bank.After asking for cancellation you are asking me to count 20 days from the initial date of purchase which was on the 5 of January 2026.If this is your costummer service methode,then I have meet your terms ;other wise,I must involve my Lawyer so that I can have justice through The state CONSUMER SERVICE IN GERMANY.
This company are scammers. The product is questionable, if taste and smell is anything to go by. The scam is when, on check out, you are automatically put onto a monthly order, which I certainly did not agree to and I note that there are others with the same experience. I have reached out to them and am now on the 6th email after asking them to cancel any further orders and looks like I will need to cancel payments through my bank.
Trying to cancel my subscription has been a pain. They keep sending emails trying to keep me, and requiring NUMEROUS replies from me telling them that yes, I want to cancel the subscription. Sleazy behavior….
The shipping was fast. Where Im from, it takes forever for product to get here.
After 2 weeks of taking, I feel a whole lot better in terms of having energy and maintaining it the whole day. As far as other things, I've nit felt yet.
The bottles I received do not have Ethiopian on the label as depicted in all the hype, merely just BLACK seed oil. So are they authentic? Overpriced I woud say.
Also I didnt know about any subsciption. I understood it was a one-off purchase.
Stay away from these scammers. They do not send item but against your wishes they sign you up for recurring payments that you did not ask for.
ITS A SCAM STAY AWAY.IF YOU PAID CONTACT YOUR BANK TO GET REFUND AND STOP ANY RECURRING PAYMENTS.
this company is total scam, i was also placed on subscription without approval, i am pissed, contacted them several times, i called my bank to report it and get my money back and removed them from papal auto pay.what a headache!!! DO NOT ORDER FEOM THIS COMPANY! They also ship from china.
