I used to wake up stiff as hell, especially my lower back. After about 3 weeks on this Ethiopian black seed oil, mornings feel way easier. I’m not reaching for ibuprofen every day anymore which is kinda crazy. Didn’t expect that at all.
I ordered this product and did not see in fine print that this was a subscription. I immediately sent an email and told them that I did not want a subscription and I wanted to cancel my order. I got an email back telling me that somebody would be in touch with me soon. The next morning I get up and there’s an email stating it’s too late for me to cancel my order because it’s already been sent out. They told me that I had to wait 20 days before I could cancel my subscription because I needed 20 days to determine if I like the product or not. I’ve never heard of a company doing that before. They have gotten me for $71.71. And I guarantee that’s all they’re gonna get from me. And to top it off, it’s not even Ethiopian black seed oil. The label is nothing like what they’re advertising. They ship this stuff out of a warehouse in New Jersey.I want my money back and I want the subscription to be canceled immediately.
Firstly, This company is not selling Authentic black seed oil. There is no authentic packaging or any information where the black seed is sourced from. I ordered from them and waiting almost 2 months to receive my order. The Worst POINT -This company adds you onto a monthly subscriptions and debits the payment method / Card With £80.00 each month. IT difficult to cancel and they don’t respond to any emails
Ok now this is most biggest scam and I’m. Not even sure how pure it is I wouldn’t recommend and also they got this underline a monthly subscription not one on this earth needs to have a monthly Any herb and I try cancel and I got delivered last week and they said is 20 days then I complained and what this predators done went out in my account and decide send me another when I got one last week . I wouldn’t never buy anything. Like I said i compare with a product from Melbourne.i can’t see not results . I absolutely also hate this shops on line . Now I got take with the bank . Dogs
Made an order an it took 4 weeks to arrive. Then suddenly there is a subscription. No option to login and to cancel the subscription. I got no receipt for the purchase. There is no information about the company running the website, not address, no phone, nothing. And their REFUND POLICY has [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS] for the return address. big scammers, beware and do not buy.
Another company that slips in a subscription for re ordering without obvious notice. After many attempts and having to wait 20 days after purchase I finally found someone who would communicate with me and cancel the subscription. She was very helpful and supportive.
