this company is total scam, i was also placed on subscription without approval, i am pissed, contacted them several times, i called my bank to report it and get my money back and removed them from papal auto pay.what a headache!!! DO NOT ORDER FEOM THIS COMPANY! They also ship from china.
Horrible experience, the mention helping Ethiopian kids even though their whole site and all images are ai and they have no proof of helping them. Also they sign you up for a subscription without you even getting to choose. WATCH OUT
Definitely a scam site. I placed my order and like so many others I have been placed on a subscription service which I never entered into. After complaining I received a response assuring me that I can cancel by replying back to their email. After I replied back they tell me I can only cancel after 20 days. AVOID THIS SITE unless you want to be scammed like me.
Order the 1 Black seed bottle. Did not want any more, and I am unable to cancel. The website does not work; only the email I use has not been working with their website. I can't cancel, get refund or speak with anyone. Please do not use this product or website. BIG SCAM.
I order product last month product just came on the 14th of March they automatic reorder the product for me on the 15th of March I did not sign up for the automatic subscription although they claim that I did I did not I do not like this company because I asked for them to cancel the subscription as well as cancel the order and refund my money apparently the customer is never right with this company people trust me save your money they're not worth the hassle.
I ordered Black Seed Oil for a one time purchase and was automatically enrolled in a subscription plan. I contacted the company and asked whee and how did I enroll in a subscription, and was informed that when I purchased their product that was how I enrolled. I informed them that i do not want a subscription and requested ro cancel rje subscription. I was informed that I could not cancel the subscription dor 20 days. I rhen demanded that the subscription be cancelled as this is a deceptive practice and misleading, I was informed that my subscription would be cancelled after my billing cycle was done. I have requested a cancellation of the order and refund of my money. I so not so business with companies that use deceit and deception as a standard business practice.
Was to a subscription I never ordered, talked back and forth with them trying to get it canceled. Finally received an email telling me it was canceled on the 4th of March, today received another email telling me package was shipped. March 14th. They keep sending me 3 bottles a month for over 110 dollars. Now I have 5 bottles sitting here with another 3 on the way. It appears I have to cancel that credit card to make it stop.
