We have faced significant delays and inadequate communication during this process. Since 6 October, we've been waiting to finalize our house, with hardly any real progress. Although we were informed that the case was escalated to a senior representative, there were no changes or improvements. Updates were scarce and often needed to be pursued, adding unnecessary stress to an already challenging situation. Given our experience, I would not recommend this service to anyone.
What can I say? The service I received was unparalleled from the initial contact to receiving my keys. Special thanks to the team members who guided me throughout the entire process; they were always available whenever I needed assistance.
