‼️WARNING‼️Warning to all future potential customers of this company, I strongly encourage you all to read this prior to approaching this company with any type of payment method!The website is inadequately informing customers of what they are signing up for, essentially one is under the impression they are paying a small £1.45 Fee to enable them to download the QR code, this appears to be their basic option. Once one enters the payment method details, they are signed up into a hidden contract with this dreadful company. Firstly, the QR codes do NOT work, I attempted to use on multiple devices using two different type of WiFi and Moble data and every single device came back with the same message 'page cannot be found'. At the time, I felt pursuing a small £1.45 was not worth it. I felt silly and felt gullible to not realise the price was 'too good to be true'. A mere 13 days after my initial purchase I was changed an extortionate amount of £46.45, as you can imagine, I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the notification come through from my bank.I approached the company via email and expressed frustration and their ignorance for not clearly stating this during the purchase process. They didn't ackoloege majority of what I had taken the time to state in my first email to them but wasn't sympathetic or very apologetic. They issued me a free QR code with full access to edit and have the full access perks for a lifetime subscriptionI feel ignored, scammed, misinformed and fumigated by this inconvenience and money robbing company.As for reaching out to their support email address, very useless, disregarded my entire email and tried to fob me off with 'lifetime free subscription' for a QR code that DOESNT WORK! ‼️DO NOT ATTENPT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, I WILL NEVER BE RETUENING AND ARE ADVISING EVERYONE I KNOW TO DO THE SAME‼️‼️
I'm sure from the reviews that this company is great for large companies, but not for me.I needed a QR code for a one off promotion and followed links for free QR codes and came across qr-code.io, setting up was simple, then of course I had to pay to use the code for 24 hrs. Ok, not to bothered about this, it was a couple of pounds. A month later I am charged nearly £45, apparently you have to unsubscribe, no help from Customer service just a friendly ooops, you forgot. I unsubscribe immediately and click through all the "are you sure?" promotions only to be charged again for a second month.Stunned that this has happened, steer clear if you just want a one off QR code, absolute scam!
