I love the new formula Kojic Turmeric Mask. Have to wait for at least 15-20 minutes for the mask to dry depends on how thick the application is. After peeling, it really moisturizes and hydrates my face. It has a glowy effect as well. Definitely, worth it!
I ordered this product 2 weeks ago and I see nothing in the mail, and when i checked my tracking number it said it was on its way and then kept changing the time and then it said it was delivered, so then I copied the tracking number and tried to find my order through fed ex etc and it was a invalid number tried that number with ups, usps and same invalid!! It’s a scam!! Beware ladies!!
The customer service is lacking, and they insist that submitting before and after photos of my face is necessary for a refund! I am uncomfortable sharing my personal information. I am unhappy with the product. They should adhere to their refund policy, which indicates that a photo may be requested, but it is not mandatory.
I made a purchase from a beauty company after seeing their prominent advertisement for a 'risk-free' 60-day satisfaction guarantee, which suggested I could try the products without any financial risk. When the items arrived, one was damaged (broken applicator). I quickly informed the company and sent photographic proof. Despite the product being defective, I was told I had to cover the return shipping costs to get a refund. According to U.S. consumer protection laws, sellers should bear the cost of returning defective or damaged items. Moreover, the company's 'risk-free' marketing is misleading. While they claim customers can 'try' the products without risk, their actual return policy stipulates that items must be unopened and unused to qualify for a refund, placing the return shipping burden on the customer. This contradicts the common understanding of 'risk-free' and wasn't clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. After following all return instructions, providing tracking information, and receiving written confirmation that my return was processed, the company delayed and failed to refund the full amount due, including the return shipping fee. I repeatedly sought reimbursement and contact details for their legal or dispute resolution team, which were not provided. In conclusion, the company engaged in deceptive advertising by promoting its products as 'risk-free' while imposing undisclosed conditions and costs, improperly charging for return shipping on defective items, and failing to issue a full refund promptly after confirming receipt of the returns. These actions resulted in financial loss and seem to violate consumer protection standards concerning misleading trial offers and refunds.
I used it only twice, but it didn't work well on my skin; instead, it was overly sticky and didn't act like a mask at all. I think its effectiveness might depend on the humidity of your location, as it may perform better in more humid areas than where I live. Additionally, I was enrolled in a three-month auto-renewal without my consent. When I initially inquired about it with the support team, they assured me I wouldn't be charged every three months. However, they did charge me after three months. I reached out again, threatening to involve my bank for what I believe is fraud. They've mentioned they will escalate the issue, but if it isn't resolved, I plan to pursue legal action. I'm frustrated with the entire situation and with companies that enroll customers in subscriptions without proper consent.
I bought the night mask and adhered to the instructions before sleeping. However, I woke up at 4 am due to it being excessively tight and uncomfortable. Removing it was painful, as it pulled on my facial hair and skin. I requested a full refund, as they have a money-back guarantee, but I'm encountering challenges. I'm beginning to doubt whether I will ever receive my refund.
I placed an order five days ago and received a dispatch confirmation email. However, the tracking link showed 'information not found.' When I reached out to the support team with my order number, they asked for my phone number and postcode, which seemed unusual. After providing these details, they still couldn't find my order and mentioned forwarding my message to the relevant team. I asked to speak with someone who could assist, but my message was ignored. I'm worried that this website might be a scam.
This so-called 'Korean beauty' product is actually produced in another country. I realized this after placing my order, which made me skeptical. The application was easy, but the promised 'glowing skin overnight' was far from what I experienced. I woke up with normal skin, lacking any glow. Those shiny peel-off videos? They show results in a short time, which misrepresents the product. Given the misleading branding and disappointing results, I wouldn't purchase it again or recommend it. Additionally, shipping took a long time.
