I order almost 3 month ago and indon’t receive anything. The compagnie don’t want to give my money back and tell my a have a discount. But I don’t have any discount at this day. And honestly I just want my money back at this point. So discusted.

My items took weeks to arrive and the tracking details was Chinese so I couldn’t trace it but it did arrive in the end. Unfortunately I didn’t realize a lot of the advertisements was AI and I don’t think it actually does what it says it does. I haven’t had any bad reactions but it doesn’t do what they say it does. I would try other drugstore Korean products and research customer use before purchasing. Also a lot of people haven’t realized when you buy there is an option for a subscription. Or an option without. If you’ve selected the incorrect purchase they will continue to charge you and won’t take the blame. Be warned this is a brand overseas and customers service basically does not exist. Do not order

I got mine on November 6th and it's the 14th I've been using this face mask and I wanted to give it time to give an honest review. I love how easy it is to apply and even much easier to peel off the next day 😌 painless and leaves my skin so soft definitely will purchase again i love how my skin looks and feels since using Quia

Irritates my skin so bad. Does not peel off as it advertises. Leaves my skin dry. Having been trying to cancel subscription and have been unsuccessful because there is no option to unsubscribe on their website. Everytime I email they ask me to go on the site to unsubscribe.

Extremely disappointed with this company and their customer service

I placed an order with Quia Beauty, and not only did I never receive my package, but the company themselves confirmed through USPS that my order was stuck/lost in transit. Instead of doing the right thing and issuing a refund to my original form of payment, they kept trying to force a replacement or store credit, even after I clearly told them multiple times that I no longer wanted the product and did not want to shop with them again.Their response felt dismissive and unprofessional. They acknowledged the delay, admitted the package never arrived, yet still refused to process a refund and continued to push store credit on me. I shouldn’t have to fight with a company for my money back for an item that I never received.This whole situation has been frustrating and a complete waste of time. I will not be ordering from Quia Beauty again, and I suggest anyone considering them to think twice. A reputable business should stand behind their customers, especially when the issue is confirmed to be out of the customer’s control.

I placed my initial order on October 9, I did received my orders and this product is not a legit Korean product, I am 100 percent sure it’s made in china. It’s nothing like what they advertised all over social media. Nothing changed after a week of using them and if you want to peel like it was advertised, you literally have to apply almost half of the tube on your face. Anyway, I developed some rashes on my skin and it makes my skin more dryer just using their product. It’s the same as the Korean product MEDICUBE. And then last month November, I received more mask from them as I apparently subscribed, so I reached out to their customer service via email as I could not find any other information how to reach their specialist and customer service. I received a response that it will be transferred to their specialist for cancellation. Now more products coming that I can’t use or can’t return to them. I feel like this a fraud, refusing to cancel subscription and automatically mailing products to the customer. This product do not match my skin.

Don't buy from this company

I've placed an order on September 15-th as a one time purchase and to my surprise I received another order month later. At first I thought it was sent as a gift, because there was no charge on my credit card at the time. But,ofcorse, they charged my credit card later on, which I didn't notice on my statement. However, they sended me another order for the third time, stating that I've confirmed my order which I never did. I've tried to cancel that order, but to my surprise there was no option to do so. I've never made subscription for this product to begin with, and now I'm being charged monthly with no option to cancel. When I reached out to the customer service, they responded with no intention to cancel my subscription, which I never agreed to. Now I'm on my way to my bank to cancel my credit card, which is going to create more problems, but it has to be done. Bad business all together. Don't recommend this company.
