I signed up using their promo offer promising 100 free spins on big bass splash after depositing and wagering £10. After successfully wagering my deposit with profit they refused me my free spins stating that he has spoken to "upper management" and I have been banned from bonuses from any of there casino's (without reason). I can only assume because I've successfully profited a little bit from some other offers. We're talking a few pound.. If that was the case I should have been warned before being allowed to deposit and wager my money. Thankfully I was up y £2 and withdrew my money, I would avoid these as it's extremely shady over £10 worth of spins. I've never had an account with them etc. Very scammy behaviour.

I had an amazing win and I mean BIG win recently with quick bet and honestly the withdrawal process was excellent. I received my payout almost immediately, unlike other companies where you can wait days. The customer service is great too and allow to take control of your spending.
My experience with QuickBet has been very positive, and the main reason I decided to sign up was because of how good my experience has been with their sister site, Pub Casino. Having already seen how smoothly everything worked there, it felt like a natural decision to give QuickBet a try as well. From the outset, the site was easy to use and the overall experience lived up to my expectations. As an experienced player in the online casino and betting industry, I find it frustrating when I see negative reviews where people assume casinos are “rigged” simply because they’ve lost money. Quite the contrary — licensed casinos test their games regularly for fairness and accuracy, and losing is simply part of gambling.QuickBet, like Pub Casino, operates in a fair and regulated environment, and my experience so far reflects that. Everything has worked as it should, with no issues at all.I’d also like to give a special mention to Ebba from the social media team — he is an absolute gent, kind, professional, and a credit to the company.Keep doing what you’re doing, guys.Kind regards,Keiran
That didn't take long at all. I did of course expect to receive your customary facetious follow up to my review, following the same pattern as all the other bad reviews replied to, but not quite this quick. I shouldn't be surprised though as you're well trained in responding to bad reviews since you've been getting plenty of practice - a lot more shall we say than a reputable high street bookmaker :)As you like to begin with "sticking to facts", then let's do just that. Less than a year ago, I had an eye test, which resulted in me not needing glasses, contact lenses or any other products to assist with vision as I have 20/20 vision. So I am not seeing things. Your numbers on the website didn't stack up.. £0.00 service charges. That is fakery at its most breathtaking. Perhaps even Fraud? It's funny how you're quick to respond to online reviews which all can see, but as expected, you ignore a complaint submitted via email! You are the only bookmakers to implement this specific "safeguarding" feature to prevent "money laundering". It seems convenient that you should implement these "safeguarding" and "money laundering" prevention processes which end up fleecing the customers but benefiting yourselves. Why does no other reputable high street bookmaker do this? I'll tell you why, because they are not there to rip off the customer and because they are not cowboys! You mention that I have abused the bonuses by "gaming promotions" Firstly, how can these bonuses be called bonuses if they are taken away from the customer after the customer has legitimately won that money - This is called underhand and quite fairly attracts the comparison to being a cowboy, which you seem very sensitive about. Is that because it's the truth? Secondly, and more pertinently you have offered no evidence of how I am supposed to have abused the promotions process. Perhaps you could stick to some more "facts" and back up your assertion rather than pontificating something with no proof? I shouldn't be surprised to see a lack evidence after a rather grand accusation from yourself, Ebba, as this is the very ingredients underhand businesses use to try to fend off valid bad reviews. So "short changed" very much so, although this was probably a generous way to describe it. I should have perhaps used the word fleeced or ripped off, or even defrauded instead as this is a more fitting description of your business practices. And anyone claiming (like yourself) that everyone else is wrong but they are right is just a delusional egomaniac at best. Some might even go as far as saying narcissistic. It seems to me like you are trying to rewrite reality to protect your self image, and this smells like cognitive dissonance. You claim that the fake reviews claim is the last stop when customers don't get what they want. Where are the facts? I have worked in reputational management before and know how it works. The pattern of these reviews smacks of reputational management. Perhaps you can stick to facts again and prove that I don't know anything about reputational management, and also point out where the other customers bad reviews have said this?If you think dozens of customers can be wrong because they don't read terms and conditions, then would this not prompt you to to adopt a clearer way of setting out your terms and conditions? A bad business stays the same and doesn't move forward with the changing landscape. It becomes stale because the people running it are obstinate. This is Quckbet. But don't worry Ebba, until Quckbet close down, you'll still have plenty of work to do as there will be plenty more bad reviews for you to spend your time trolling and sending obnoxious replies to. But after that, redundancy beckons :)
