I am contacting you again regarding my purchase of a bag and a lens cleaning kit.
The lens cleaning kit arrived already damaged and leaking, soaking all items in the package and making them unusable.
I have contacted you multiple times to request a refund or replacement. However, I have only received automated AI-generated responses and no reply from an actual representative. This is not an acceptable way to handle a product damage issue.
This is a clear case of damaged goods being sent, and I am requesting that a real customer service representative review this case and respond within 3 business days with a resolution (refund or replacement).
If I do not receive a direct human response within this timeframe, I will proceed with opening a formal dispute through the platform.
And if this problem solvers well I would erase this comments from every websites.

Legitimate Company but Order Issues

It's a legitimate company, but they lost my order. They resent the item but sent it to the wrong address. Each time I reached out, it took days to weeks for a response, and it felt like I was communicating with an automated system. After six weeks, I finally received a refund.

Quality Product but Long Wait

I just received my 5L sling bag from the company, and it's of lovely quality. However, the design of the pockets could be improved for better functionality. I don't understand the numerous negative reviews claiming it's a scam; it’s not. The delivery took a while, though, and they should clarify the shipping times. I ordered on May 29 and just got it today. I understand they don't control the delivery process, so I'm not upset about that, but the stated delivery of 2-5 days is misleading in some cases. Also, they have been in business since 2014, which is a good sign of legitimacy.
