Amongst others, they helped me finetune my build, very useful since I'm not that familiar with it. Turned out cheaper as well! And it really is quiet. I bought a PC for gaming, and even when running games for a good while I've yet to hear a thing. I'm pleasantly surprised under what kind of loads it remains absolutely quiet! The options to avoid RGB hell are also massively appreciated.

I ordered a compact desktop PC for music production use. My initial configuration, featuring a passive cooler, was running at temperatures high enough to be concerning for me. Tech support was dedicated and responsive throughout the process of resolving this, including taking the PC back and replacing the cooling system with a very quiet fan-based alternative at no cost. They kept open the possibility of a full refund even when the 30 policy had technically expired, which gave me the peace of mind to see the technical exploration through, and was much appreciated.I'm really impressed with the service and am now enjoying producing my music on a powerful and virtually silent PC.
