When I first bought a PC from this company I was let down, the PSU it came with was making a lot of noise, old console levels of noise. I thought the point was to be quiet, I don't know what happened but they refunded it without hesitation and suggested a replacement which worked excellently.After that, when I booted it up again, I genuinely thought I had messed something up with installing the new PSU and the system had failed to boot. Turns out it was just so shockingly quiet I couldn't tell the PC was running. It was like a brick wall of silence that caught me off guard, and I've owned PCs designed for quiet before, this was another level.Absolutely fantastic customer service, surprisingly affordable for how high-end the components are and very sleek and orderly internals. Completely recommend these guys!
I recently ordered a PC from QuietPC. Overall, the service was good — communication was friendly, and the PC arrived a day earlier than expected. The machine itself is quiet and performs well, which I appreciate.That said, there were a few small issues. The setup instructions were a bit confusing, and I had to contact support to clarify a couple of points. While the team was helpful and resolved things quickly, it did slow down the process.In the end, a solid experience with a high-quality PC, but not completely seamless.
