This has been the most disappointing experience I've ever had with a company. Their products are subpar, poorly made, and far too expensive! Don't even consider attempting to return anything for a refund, as you'll surely encounter problems with that process. I strongly advise against doing business with this seller. Consider yourself warned!
I was extremely dissatisfied with my purchase. The quality was lacking and the fit was even worse. I attempted to request a return label from the company but was instructed to handle the return myself. It seems the timeframe had expired, and I ended up receiving only a 10% refund.
I ordered gloves labeled as size XS, but they arrived much larger, seeming like size L. When I inquired about returning them, I was told I would have to cover the return shipping costs. Because of this experience, I won't be using the service again.

This company is deceptive. I ordered a jacket that was advertised as genuine leather, but I received one made of 50% PU and 50% polyester. I communicated through several emails, sending them photos of their misleading description and the item I received. In their last email, they even sent me a photo of the item I bought, claiming it was "faux-leather". They altered the photo. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.
The clothing is not as described; the cashmere jumper I received was just a lump of some synthetic knit. I couldn't use any of the three items I bought for Christmas. I spent over a significant amount on poor quality products. I wish I had researched them before ordering; they are not truthful about their quality. Their marketing is misleading. BE WARNED, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
