Good location for both Victoria Coach & Rail stations. The shop was a little tight to get in. The check-in was quick and simple, but the storage room was down a tight stair case which had a turn in the stair case. But I felt that my bags were safe! I would recommend.
Our experience was made great by the shop worker being so friendly and welcoming. He went above and beyond what we expected. Even though we had chosen a pick up time, it was no issue to extend our storage. He was very friendly, helpful and welcoming and all around a lovely person. Thanks for making our bag storage in London so easy and full of trust. We would recommend anyone to leave their bags here.
