Very convenient app., nice staff. Reliable, convenient, fast service. Optimal location of service points. Disadvantage - very expensive. Our two small backpacks and one small suitcase would fit in 1 automatic locker, and at Radical storage we paid 20 euros (3 items + non-cancellable insurance) for a few hours. There is no discount on small items or for short periods.
Booked up to drop a couple of bags of as I had a late flight. There was only one drop off point around the area, so booked and paid for that one a few days before. On the drop of day, I got to the address only to be told that they don’t and never have taken any type of bag drop off. This lead me to have to drag the two bags around with me all day because I couldn’t find anywhere else to store them on such short notice. Contacted to customer support and got a refund but other than that they were no help. Took about 2 hours to get a reply from them. Definitely won’t bother with these again.
