I booked and prepaid for spot to leave something for several days in London. Afterwards I found out the location I wanted to use no longer provide that service. Fortunately, radical storage refunded The payment I made when I made the reservation.
We booked the storage service in St. James Quarter to park our luggage for a few hours and be able to shop in Edinburgh without cumbersome trolleys. Staff was very friendly, App worked fine, store was fresh and clean. Only downside is the price; we payed £20.25 for two suitcases and a trolley - for three hours. Yes, it's a days rent, but our flighttime didn't allow for that. I would suggest a more flexible pricing - it's okay to have day tariffs, but if I only need a couple hours, I feel cheated paying the same. Parking lots etc. have hourly fees as well, can't be that hard.
