Very friendly staff who had no idea…

Very friendly staff who had no idea what Radical Storage was but happily took my bag in anyway. Really good location although worth noting as other reviews mention that it's up a steep narrow flight of stairs so not ideal if you have very large bags or any mobility issues.

El Arco 75 Coworking drop off in Segovia

The staff at the place I left my bag was very nice and helpful. It was my first time using Radical. I’ll use them again and maybe even in my own city, when I don’t want to lug a bag around!

Not reliable

The store I booked the storage to has been closed for over a year but on the app was still active. After I paid and received the full address the shop was shut down and calling the owner he did not know why his shop was still displayed on the app.
