Review Time
It seems to be a bit of a scam. I approached the desk at Left Luggage to check a bag for a few hours and was told that they could not take any bags but there were others in the Lime Street Station. I searched and came up with this site. It cost a lot more but I was able to check my bag. I was then instructed to take my bag to Left Luggage. Pretty shameful.
The worst experience ever!After I was refused to pick up my own luggage, Radical Storage Support assured me that my luggage would be shipped to my home, but after 42 DAYS I still have no clear information and no help. The manager doesn't respond to my e-mails!Radical Storage, don't you dare respond to my review and assure me I'll receive some kind of resolution, because you're lying. I contacted support again a week ago and still haven't received any update. It's very "professional" of you that the manager handling my case has been ignoring me for so many days.How much longer am I supposed to wait? A year?If you don't want to be deprived of your own luggage, it's better not to use this service.
