⭐ 1/5 – Very poor experienceWe had a pre-booked Radical Storage service through Easyshop. After a long flight with heavy luggage, the staff ignored us and said he didn’t know anything about Radical Storage. We spent almost an hour walking around nearby buildings until, after showing our booking, he reluctantly opened a storage room. No clear signs, poor information, rude attitude – definitely not recommended!
Very disappointing experience. I booked a luggage storage service but ended up not using it at all. I requested a cancellation and refund well in advance, but they refused, saying the shop had already “accepted” the booking — even though it’s just a regular store that runs another business and clearly didn’t lose anything.This kind of policy is completely unfair and feels dishonest. I paid for a service I never used, and they kept the money anyway. Would definitely not recommend.
The main issue was finding the place. It is a convenience store, not a proper locker, which was fine, we just weren't told that so it was by luck that we asked in the store and found it! Otherwise, the staff were nice and took our bags and keep them safe until we needed them back.
