Gave me a locker ages away from the location I was trying to book

I booked a locker whilst standing in a very large train station. When I was in the process of booking, it said the exact location of the locker would be revealed after payment. When I received the address, it was half an hour walk away in the opposite direction that I needed to go in. I tried to get a refund but they only gave me store credit which is useless as I’ll never be using this service again.
