Review Time
I tried searching several luggage storage apps/websites, and decided to use Radical Storage since they seemed to have more locations available than alternatives. However when I arrived at the location, the shop didn't exist, no one had heard of it, and I had to get a refund. Total waste of money which I paid for an Uber to get there. Ended up using Bounce and going to another location, which was much more reliable.
Overall good experience. Great location. (It’s inside a souvenir shop just fyi, you have to ask the seller inside). The lady that was there on the day spoke multiple languages, which was fab! Was very nice and polite as well, which added to the experience.
This was our first time using Radical storage. The premises we picked was easy to find and turned out to be a newsagent’s. We were a little unsure about just leaving our bags but the shop assistant was very confident and polite. He photographed the bags and whisked them off to a back room. Collection was equally as smooth and our unlocked bags returned safely. This is a great discovery and we will be using this service again.
