They were hard to find. It’d be nice if I knew beforehand that my luggage was being stored in a shop, and that the name of the shop was provided instead of just the address. I could not identify that this was the place where to bring my luggage to.
We used the service on an island outside Sardinia. We had a ferry that we had to catch, but their luggage storage partner was closed in the middle of the day, which was not stated in the app and we had not been told by the staff in the store.We missed our ferry departure and a connecting bus as a consequence. They only offered apologies. no refund. Not acceptable..
Please, do yourself a favour and do not book this storage place. Firstly, when my partner and I got to the designated store, it turned out to be closed even though it should be open for over an hour already. Then, after waiting, we found out that our luggage will be stored in unsecure, unlocked place (the shop storage shelves). The worst part of this whole experience was then telling the person working at the shop that we would be back for our luggage at 11p.m. (it is advertised that the storage closes at 11.30 p.m.) and finding out that the shop will be closing at 10 p.m.! Because of that we had to rearrange all our plans for the day and change trains etc. Moreover, if we didn't ask, we wouldn't be able to get our luggage before our morning flight. The customer help was of no help at all too. This experience was absolutely horrific and wouldn't recommend it to anyone! Please, save yourself some stress...
If there is option for 0 star I will undoubtedly to give it the lowest rating. It’s because they don’t give service. On 15/6/2025, When I find my order n code from the app, the code is gone. When I reach the storage point. The staff at Belgravia said the service is expired after 2pm. Actually in the service website I agave asked the support team to clarify the time slot for me to place my luggage. The reply in email is clearly 8:00 - 0:00. I need clarification because in the app it was confusing. Sometimes 9:30 - 12:30, sometimes 8:00 - 12:00.Well, the worse part is that when I email to their support team at the sport. I only got email saying someone will contact me soon. The result is no response for half hour.Don’t use this website!
