do not use, avoid

do not use. arrived at a storage business only to be told they close earlier than the advertised hours on the app, told to contact the help of Radical storage app, given the go around and after multiple picture proof and screenshotted whatsapp messages from the business saying to ask the app to give us a refund, we still have not received a refund. they tried to give us credit and then had a lot of rules and stipulations on how to use that credit (including has to be same country, have to LIVE chat them for the credit to be applied to a booking) and are still out 40$.

Really ideal location and polite staff

Really ideal location and polite staff. Would use again- there is a closing time on this particular place but it didn’t affect me or my plans and I was informed by the site and the staff on arrival.

Good but felt dodgy at first

It was simple but it did feel a bit dodgy once we left the bags they were just left by the front reception area so we didn’t see them actually take them to the back or a safe location
