The "storage" near Columbus Monument in Barcelona is actually a grocery store, where there is no mentioning of RadicalStorage. We were wandering for nearly two hours with our luggage and a 5-year old kid. We have asked two times the two guys in the store if they know something about the storage and they said no. Finally, they accepted us and when I asked them why they sent us away the first two times, they replied insolently that there "was not their business".The bags are placed directly into the hands of the employees. There are no special boxes. Where they keep the luggage is not clear and it is on your own risk.
