When we arrived at the your place, the store was closed and it made us upset. Nobody was there. We was at a loss. Someone said we need to call this company. Our Taxy driver, able to speak spanish, made a call to the baggage office phone mumber given to me in email. It was very very emotionslly thankful to me. Luckily the phone was easily connected. The store could open in 5 minute and we got our baggages and was able to leave not to be late.

pay in advance, poor directions.

Had to pay in advance. In Edinburgh followed directions but went round in a big circle back to Waverly Station. Supposed to be 5 minutes from station. Wasn't. Waste of money AND had to pay extra £1.50 for unnecessary insurance on a £5 bag.

Had to pay twice

Paid online, to see location after paying, wrong location so emailed, was told could change location but they never got back to me. Found the shop for correct location, great service but had to pay again. Beware buying online.
