Radical Storage… roll the dice

I hadn't heard of Radical Storage before. I only came across it during a Google search. I needed to stash two of my luggages for the day as I explored Glasgow, and this was near the Glasgow Central Station so I picked it. The app was easy to use, and I quickly made a reservation while on the train to Glasgow Central. I opted for flex time as I didn't quite know what time I'd finish. It only cost a little bit more.The address was correctly close to the station, but surprising as it is a convenience store. The man behind the counter checked my reservation and took photos of my bags. He then told me to leave it in the store near his till and he would put it in a secure room. I was highly skeptical as he was very busy managing the till. I left them anyway, after taking my own pic. Cue to five hours later when a different man behind the till scanned my QR code and said that he'd get my bags.From a secure room? Nope. Just there. In plain sight. To the back of the store. Where anyone could have just taken it. I mean, ANYONE. I believe that I was lucky that no one found it interesting enough. I was glad to have my bags, but I don't want my bags to be left again just like that. I don't know if I would use this service again.

Excellent experience all round. Would definitely use again.

Really easy to find the cafe/bar. Lovely helpful staff. My bag was popped in a secure room only available to staff. I had a great breakfast. It was really easy to collect again.

Perfect luggage storage

It was easy to book. The shop was close to the station we were going to be travelling from and was open until 11 pm. The shop keeper scanned the QR code and we were able to enjoy our last day in the city luggage free.
