DO NOT USE - CANT RELY ON IT

DO NOT USE We booked a luggage storage drop near St James Park tube station, London with a postcode address given as a minute away. Got there using postcode but could not find the location, a shop called Gadget World, 58(a) Broadway. After 20 mins searching found that the postcode on the app was wrong and the actual address of the drop was “Stratford” Broadway 8km away. We had time slot limited tickets for the War Room exhibition so immediately booked the next closest drop to the location. 10 minute walk to get there and found that shop location was closed!By then time had run out on our tickets so could not enter the exhibition. Lost £66 on tickets plus Radical bag drop fee £13.50—- thanks for the £13.50 refund. It still doesn’t explain why your app had the wrong postcode on it showing the entirely wrong location on your map. End result is that I am out of pocket by £66 as I couldn’t use the 2 War Room tickets which was solely due to your two failures to provide storage service for the luggage.
