Happy & Unhappy at the same time

I have been having endless problems with connectivity and no one from Rain seemed particularly interested, even telling me to move to another service provider. I have been with Rain for a long time and have thus far been very happy with your service, until I moved to an area where there is no 5G coverage, it is so bad that I am not able to work from home, and cannot have more that one device connected at a time. A guy was sent out, couldn't get any connection, shrugged his shoulders and left, without really giving me a proper idea of what was going on. I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Thulani this morning, and the first thing he suggested was that I upgrade to 101, which might not take the problem away, but it may improve it, as I have an old router. Why did no one else suggest that, all the times I called before? Thank you Thulani for your assistance today, at least it feels like I am getting somewhere. Come on Rain, you are one of the biggest providers in South Africa, why are you not making the extra effort to get 5G to remote places. In this day an age, a person should not have to struggle with connectivity issues.

I really don’t know what to say now…

I really don’t know what to say now this is my second review I feel like trustpilot should add a 0 star rating or a negative rating, rain is the worst if anyone is really looking to use rain your your wasting your time I feel like they have their own clients whom they take crus if your someone else, they call you when they want, some of the agents don’t really know their job you ask questions and they tell you they are going to escalate the issue. Some agents tell you that if the tower goes down for 9 days you will wont have internet for 9 days and you will pay your premium amount and they don’t know when that can be fixed😫😡 other clients receive special treatment technicians are sent to their homes but as for some of us when you ask for technicians they don’t respond you so whoever is looking to use rain hopefully you may be in their list of favourite clients if not prepare for the worst 🤞🏾
