Review Time
If I could give Rain 0 stars I would. I have not had internet for 9 days. Worst still is the service delivery from Rain. I have called the call centre in the Philippines 30 Times. I have reported the problem through the chat bot 30 Times and from that i have received one call from technical that says they or working on the problem but have no idea when there will be a resolution. RAIN IS TERRIBLE Awnser I can't find where to repond to RAIN dismissive response so I'm trying here as my problem has not been fixed.I have so many of your support tickets (lack of support) but there is nowhere to post them here and you write the same awnser to every review trying to dismiss thier review as you know we can't post lack of support tickets here.I have just had a South Africa Rain call centre agent put down the phone in my ear this after 9 days of trying to speak to someone. This company is disgusting. I hate Rain
