We booked a holiday with Ramsey Travel Aberdeen, first time used this company. The advice, help and guidance they gave us was very helpful and useful. Would like to mention Ewan, who organised our flights and accommodation pre cruise, this was so good with no problems at all. Will definitely use this company again, thanks to all staff.
For quite a few years before 2020 the wife and I have booked all our tickets with Ramsay Travel. Mainly we have been very lucky and had lots of help from one staff member a gentleman named Alan in the Dundee city centre office, all the staff are very pleasant and helpful but Alan ended up being the person we made a B line for 3 to 4 trips a year over several years.
I find booking holidays overwealming, too much choice! Calum at RWT was super helpful giving me just enough options. He took our needs and preferences into account and found us about 7 or 8 great hotels in 4 or 5 destinations. Booking was straightforward and all my questions answered. I will definitely ask RWT to help me with any future holidays!
