First class service

I have used Ramsay World Travel before so I had faith that I would not only get a great deal but excellent customer service as well. I booked a 3 day trip to Barcelona with Eilidh after messing the page for some help. She was so patient with me as I kept asking questions etc. She found me an alternative hotel after the first choice sold out and arranged for someone to call me direct to arrange the payment etc. First class service and would highly recommend

Always use a travel agent

As always a very attentive service from Hamish et al at Ramsay World Travel. Booked a holiday to Florida for the family via Virgin Atlantic in September however was diagnosed with illness 14 weeks before departure. Full refund was received for cancellation from the Airline….so credit where it’s due.(One of the many reasons to book with a reputable Travel Agent….and refund return was seamless).
