I ordered as a new customer and hadn't heard of this company but seem legit.Item required showed 30+ in stock and to meet minimum order value I added some heavy duty 3 pin plugs.DHL notification of my order, arrived a few days later but only the plugs, not the part of the order I wanted ! Contacted Rapid and they said they were expecting more stock in soon of the Magma toolbag straps, despite their website showing 30+ in stock. Straps came just after Christmas so all good.Overall, good service and can recommend.
I’m writing to share some feedback regarding my recent order. While I appreciate that you are an authorized Raspberry Pi reseller, the shipping experience didn't quite live up to that professional reputation. My order arrived in two separate shipments, and the DHL tracking provided no real updates or transparency. It made the process much more stressful than it needed to be, and I’d love to see better tracking integration in the future.
20ltr Jelly Can, very quick shipment, excellent packaging (no dents or scratches).Can recommend!Unfortunately the Sealey pouring nozzle (Sealey JC20P/S Flexible Pouring Spout - Petrol) which I bought together with the 20ltr Sealey cannister (Sealey JC20G Jerry Can 20l - Green) does not fit. Need to exchange for the correct one.
