The team was very efficient they cintacted me straight away and had someone booked to visit on a day which suited me. The job was done outside of my house within 4 hours. He was a friendly nice guy he was very good at his job and we are very happy with the end result. They use quality materials. Gave us good advice. Thanks a lot
The repair technician (Craig) was polite, efficient, and very helpful. He kept me informed of his arrival time, how long roughly the job would take and completed the job to a high standard. The job was carried out professionally, and he was a real credit to his company.
From the initial booking for repair the process was seamless. I was informed all along the way and any issues around sourcing the parts(although no fault on RRNL) they resolved all issues promptly and efficiently . The engineers were very courteous and friendly and knew their stuff. All in all a 1st class service.
I’m slightly disappointed with the level of work carried out. The tools were packed up before I even had a chance to properly inspect the repair. When I did check it, there was still a chip and a few scrapes present. When I pointed this out, I was told that you could “hardly notice it” — which honestly surprised me, because who even says something like that when they’re there to do the job properly?The tools were then taken back out of the van, which seemed like it was a bother, and the chip and scratch were worked on again. However, even after the second attempt, I can’t say this was done to the standard I was hoping for, but for the sake of having it look better than it did, I reluctantly agreed that it was fine.Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend using this service again.
