Rapid network repair forwarded the work…

Rapid network repair forwarded the work onto repaired today who they use for our local area in Glasgow. Repaired today cancelled on me twice, the second time on morning of the repair and thought a rescheduled date 3 weeks down the line was acceptable. We were assigned repaired today on the 20th of August with the first available date for a repair on the 5th of September. We were called a few days before the 5th saying the repairer was on sick and had to reschedule. The next available date was the 19th of September which I reluctantly accepted as it was quite some time away. On the 9th of September I had another call from repaired today saying they could bring me forward to the 11th of September which I was happy about only then on the morning of the 11th to be told that the repairer had an emergency and could not attend. The next available date suggested was the 30th of September. The caller I dealt with from repaired today actually appeared to laugh at the situation when I was explaining the inconvenience of rescheduling plans and work to ensure the car was on the drive for the repair only to be let down now twice. It would be a total of 6 weeks waiting for a repair if I was to accept the 30th of September. We are using a different repairer now.

Excellent service, prompt, professional, and excellent job from start to finish, excellent communication about when work would be carried out. Hopefully won’t need to use them again, but would feel 100% comfortable if I did.

Really impressed by the service

Really impressed by the service and by how well it was handled. The mobile technician was very polite and professional, set up his station in the car park and had the car looking as good as new in a few hours! Honestly - super happy with the result and overall service.

Repair NOT Completed!

I am yet to have the repair completed!! 27th June accident,30th June onwards i was harassed by yourselfs to book my repair although it was explained I couldn't yet I was away on holiday soni couldn't complete the pictures required some days I was phoned 5times.I completed the pictures and finally booked in not untill 6th August so why such harassment to book in? Its not like the repair was being done quickly with 4 weeks wait, I rang up straight away stressing the pictures sent didnt show the full extent of the damage as only asked for certain angles and my main damage was under the car a snotty lady on the phone snapped and went the repair will be done 6th August. 6th august arrives Lee visits, takes a look at my bumper to tells me he cant repair it, it needs new parts and bumper off he goes for my car to then be re booked in 4th September for Lee to arrive with new parts new bumper and to fit it the colour doesn't not match Lee explains its a hard white to match blah blah, but he'll take away my bumber id asked to keep to colour match, id recieve a phone call later that day to re book me in for a re spray. No phonecall recieved. Friday 5th September i recieve a email to sign off completed work i phone straight away and explained to the guy on the phone the work isnt completed Lee told me id be booked back in for a respray as the colours dont match bright white to a ivy white looks awful, the guy on the phone managed to find Lee's pictures and said he could see it i would be contacted ASAP for a respray to arrive to today Friday 12th September to recieve another email to sign off completed work but still the paint work doesn't match as no respray has been carried out, I haven't recieved my old bumper back he took for paint analysis to match the paint. And still no other contact other than completion emails. So from 10th July from my booking phone call to 12th September I still do not have a completed car and struggling to get it completed as all other phone calls are not being answered.

Excellent Service

Great service, technician arrived as stated & was very knowledgeble & polite. When I think a few years ago my vehicle would have been in the bodyshop for several days, but this service was great car off the road for 6 hours & no requirement for hire vehicle. Would highly recommend .

Great service from start to finish

They were keen to get the repair booked in and initially had a lead time of 4 weeks, which dropped to 2 weeks as I was able to accommodate their cancellation. Ross the repair man was super and did a superb job. Credit to him as it was clear that it wasn't an easy repair. Thank you!
