Absolutely love ratchet clothing so much. They give great customer service, and they genuinely care about the people who order from them. Considering each item is made to order the turn around time is great. The delivery is also amazing as you can follow your order. When I want to treat myself this is the place to go. Did you know they also donate to different places often. For example the mental health collection they send a percentage off to a charity who works with people who struggle with mental health. They also buy alot of things and drop them off to different charities. Its an amazing place full of amazing people.

Have brought from this company multiple times. Amazing quality clothing super comfy and the fit is just perfect. The communication from them is fast and always extremely helpful if you have a query. Brought a custom tshirt and they went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect for me. Variety of sizes which is perfect catering even for kids sizes and bigger sizes. Love this company they are amazing.
I absolutely love this company!! Not only are they talented with their designs, they are also a very happy cheerful team that you probably wont find anywhere else! Communication is fantastic, their quality is amazing, their designs are one of a kind!! Ive had onsies, tshirts, hoodies, jumpers, blankets, bags.. the lot from them! I even got a breastfeeding accessible hoodie from them that is now being reused for the 2nd time! My children have even got involved with ordering items because of the kids size options! Anyway, I have ordered twice from Ratchet in the past, 2 hoodies for me and a t-shirt as a gift. Both orders came exactly as described and arrived within the time frame given. The quality of the products was fantastic and I love the little touch of the labels saying "size, beautiful". You won't find a more inclusive brand. The people who run Ratchet have their hearts and priorities in the right place, and the staff seem to be very happy there, which makes them a business I am willing to support however I can.
I've ordered 2 hoodies and sweatshirt now. The print quality is amazing! The jumpers are so soft! It's really hard to get good quality, good length and baggy fit on plus size hoodies. I wanted to feel like a teenager again, when I could curl up inside my hoody, and this was delivered! I could actually go down a size!! The sweatshirt is pastel rainbow tye dye and the colour is so vibrant and I get so many compliments on it! I never want to take it off!

Naturally with all businesses, they wanna make money, but Ratchet isn't just about money, it's about us!! Too many businesses focus solely on profits, and don't care about customers unless they're buying, if you're not then you're not important to them (other businesses) but that's not the case with Ratchet!!Ratchet has created a family amongst the customers and general traffic of people!! They're a small business who stand for what they believe in and also support many charities that are personal to their customers which is brilliant!! They allow everyone to have a voice, they listen and they really do show up!! Their clothing, all in Size Beautiful, is made to the highest of quality and with so much love!! They allow not only custom designs but custom alterations to suit each body type!! They really do listen and pay attention to where the demand is and give us all plenty of options!! There is a huge hype for Ratchet because of the people behind the brand, without them, it wouldn't be the same, nor possible!! They're constantly coming up with new drops and we are LIVING for them!! They eat and leave no crumbs every time!! I couldn't recommend them highly enough!! The best team, I love my Ratchet dress and can't wait to order my next one tomorrow, and can't wait to proudly show it off!! I feel every bit beautiful and confident in my first dress and it's been a long time since I felt good in something 💕
