I absolutely love the designs and quality of Ratchet items, they stand out from other small clothing businesses, especially to those of us with more unique (shall we say) clothing choices. There is so much choice on their website that you're sure to find a piece you love. I also really like that they're inclusive in any way possible and will customise items to suit their customers. Their online presence is really lovely to see, they are very real and they're not afraid to show it. They interact with the customers in light-hearted and sometimes hilarious ways and I feel like it really sets them apart from other brands. They don't just show their clothes, they show who they are as people.
Wish I could leave more than 5⭐️Items arrived super quick! Considering they’re custom made I was very surprised! Amazing quality and amazing prices. Items are true to size and even have a label that says ‘Size Beautiful’ which was so lovely 🥺 As a plus-size woman, it’s so nice to find clothing that is size inclusive, beautiful quality and all round just amazing. Will be ordering again very soon! 🖤
The quality is not great for the price point, even at a half price discount (£20 paid) The design is faded, dull and feels incredibly cheap. The hoodie itself is Temu premium quality. You're better off being a Shein hoodie, buying a decal on eBay and iron that on yourself. Apparently the customer service is moody and stroppy so why would I complain? Absolutely F that. The company knows by now there is a quality issue with their products and to keep on selling anyway is pretty predatory. Urgh. Don't do it. Shein, eBay and an iron will give you a similar result. ANDSupport small business? Yeah maybe if they weren't pulling the same bullshit as the big companies I absolutely would.
Having purchased from RC few times now I can easily say I'm just slightly obsessed! I loved all my items, I had 6 hoodies now, 3 sweatshirts and 2 TS. I'm just waiting for my first custom hoodie and I'm so excited! The company is breath of fresh air with their social media no nonsense presence! Ps. The sales are wild and mystery items are always fantastic!
Wicked sweatshirt is fantastic. Colour is more pastel than in image on site but still cool. Never Trust The Living 5X T-shirt is small sized and is tight in the neck and upper arm/shoulder. Sleeves stitched up at about 6 points so it’s less sleeve and more vest like in appearance. Dye looks cool on the spiral colors good. Shipping took 4 days and good email communication through the wait. Would buy again but be I will be wary of shirt sizing in future.
Sizing is way off I can just about fit my head through the sweatshirt very small sizing! The colour isn't as vibrant as shown on website and the quality is very cheap. So glad I've not paid full price otherwise i would be seeking a full refund. I now have to try selling the items on vinted in hope I'll get my money back.
Recieved a jumper with the print not centered. Contated Ratchet who said they would recentre it for me if i posted it back and they would refund me the postage cost. Once received back the jumper doesnt look like it was recentred as still not in the middle. I have since contacted Ratchet again to inform them off this and have been ignored. They have also not refunded me for the postage like they said they would even after me sending proof of postage and cost as well as my bank details.
