No Incentive for this review.Firstly I never usually write reviews. Its tedious and no one really cares anyway right? But Ive ordered from Ratchet 5 times now and every time Ive been super impressed by the design and quality. My son has ASD and hugely struggles with clothing/sensory issues, but the material in all the hoodies and tshirts has been excellent and of a high quality. I love that there are so many unique designs, Ive had Christmas stuff, Stranger things and my personal favourite was the heated rivalry hoodies IYKYK. Thats it from me. I just think the team is incredible.
I ordered for the first time when the Scream/Gym collection dropped. I'd been a follower for a while but not really paid attention until that drop. It took a while to arrive, but the delay was explained on their page and status of said orders was updated frequently on their page. I personally don't mind waiting for my items as long as customers were made aware. Which they were. Unlike when I ordered band merch from another German company and had the most shocking experience but that's not what this review is about. I LOVE my jersey and I'm genuinely so happy with it.
No incentive offered and not needed cos I’m a broke a$$ b***h !But I need to express how amazing Ratchet have been!Fish purchase was our Rism with the Tism hoodie, this really made my son feelHappy, we’re quite a light hearted family and we often said this, so to have a mega coolHoody for my (then pre) teen was great.And the new mega collection was our second purchase, it may of been late but it was so worth it!!The quality 10/10The design 10/10And most of all the communication and customer service 100/100!My son lives in these two town at current, and even when I was out of hospital at silly o’clock I made sure they were washed and ready for the next day (good school bargaining toolFor us)Thank you for being the best and welcoming us and everyone else into the Ratchet Family
Their sizing is absolutely awful, but even when they send you an item much bigger than you ordered, they will replace it but you have to pay to return it. Then pay for postage again before they will send out the replacement. This whole process takes weeks. Then the replacements were just as awful size wise (8” bigger than advertised). So I’m not returning them again because I’ll have to pay another £10 in postage.The quality is fine, as is the design, but from my perspective a total waste of money.It states on here that they have been offering incentives for reviews, if this is the case I can understand why!Very disappointed, won’t order again.
The photo and description of the hoodie I bought for my son was totally different to what arrived. I ordered a green, pink and black wicked hoodie but a T-shirt arrived instead and a different colour so I had to pay to return it then had to pay again and have the ‘correct’ one sent which cost me nearly £45 for the hoodie, way overpriced! When it arrived the XL was not an XL and the colours again were totally different, not a trace of black in it!! The owner is not bothered and completely lacks customer service and is patronising. I will never use them again, a complete rip off that falsely advertises!!
Awful company. Would give zero stars if I could. I don’t know why people rate it. Really cheap material and such horrible customer service. Waited nearly 2 weeks for my order. Emailed them 3 times before I got a very uncaring and rude response.if ANYTHING you buy is on sale or ‘custom’ order (which since EVERYTHING is made to order, this is basically EVERY item) you won’t get a refund or be able to return your order. I would rather throw my money in the bin than order from them again!!EDIT FOLLOWING REPLY - their reply shows how unprofessional and ridiculous they are as a company.
So happy with my purchase!Ordered a tye die sweater and a mystery tshirt- how they got the mystery tshirt so spot on I have no idea, it’s perfect and 100% a bit of me! The quality is great and I’m so impressed how quickly they got it to me considering it’s handmade and they had such a vast amount of orders. After item was shipped it arrived super quickly. I love the little touches like the tye die inside sleeves for when I’d like to roll the sleeves up and the size tag that says ‘SIZE BEAUTIFUL’, it really meant a lot coming from someone who is very insecure. I love this brand and all they stand for. They’re a great team and I can’t wait to purchase again 💖
So many good designs, managed to snag a bunch of presents (and something for myself of course) over black Friday sales. They arrived yesterday and I love them all, everyone will be so happy with them! The quality is amazing and so cozy, and I really love this little business as they are so down to earth and there is honestly something for everyone. The 'size beautiful' tags are a lovely touch and definitely needed in these current times! If I had more room there would definitely be more orders from me!
Love this brand! The most personal customer service and you can speak to actual people when you need to. My only issue encountered really was that sometimes the sizing is off - I've had to return two things but one was wrongly labelled (not their fault) and the other one was part of new stock that was a different sizing (again not really their fault). My gripe with this is having to pay an extra £10 postage on top to return one thing then get a replacement for something that wasn't my fault (as the customer). This could maybe be absorbed by the business for cases like this. Otherwise, love Ratchet ✌🏻P.s no incentive received, but even if there was I would be writing the same thing.
