The villa’s facilities are fantastic. The environment is clean. The space of the room, dinning room are big. The swimming pool’s water is super clean. It was a wonderful experience. Hosts are super helpful. They help to reserve some restaurants or activities.
The villa was very beautiful and clean. Well furnished and cosy. The kitchen was especially complete. Nick handled our check in smoothly and professionally. One thing to note is that the villa is more remote so best to rent a motorcycle or car. Nick was able to help us with that
The villa is new and large. The room is clean and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and tidy, the swimming pool is large, the kitchen facilities are complete, and parking is very convenient. The customer service responds very quickly. I felt very good after staying for three days. I will stay again if I have the opportunity.
Manon and Pierre were so accommodating and made sure our stay was comfortable and easy. The villa was even more beautiful in real life. It had all of the things we could have needed during our stay. One of my daughters were sick for a day and as much as that sucks while on holiday, at least we were in a beautiful villa with everything we needed at our fingertips. The villa had large windows letting lots of nice sunlight in and had heavy curtains for if you wanted to have a sleep in. All the beds were super comfy and the couches inside and out, were so nice to sprawl out on. One of the things I hate while travelling is small uncomfortable couches. But this place had nice big couches so after a day of walking around and swimming, you could come back and relax in the living spaces while the kids had another swim.Location was great. A very short scooter ride down to Rawai beach where you can take a short boat ride over to some of the stunning nearby islands. Plenty of cafes and shops nearby within walking distance. Quiet area set far back from a main road. The villa was very clean and tidy. Would absolutely recommend this villa and would definitely come back and stay again. We had a couple of MINOR hiccups during our stay and they were resolved super quick. Each time the host had someone over promptly and they sorted out the issue. Our hosts never made us feel like an annoyance and were very apologetic even though the issues were no fault of their own. We also used a car rental via our host and the car was immaculate and the process of renting very easy. The car rental guy came to the villa for drop off and pick up of the car.
More than expectations! Both the property and service team deserve the price. We stayed most of our time in the house with the convenience of kitchen. Laundry and high quality tv. Also it's near with the "stay hotel" that easy to schedule your daily work out even a MuayThai and group class! Looking forward to be back and highly impressed by FengYi's help.
