I was looking for a cruise, the customer service was unfortunately very bad with me. Maybe they were very busy due the season. For them to respond could take days, I did called them to see the status of my request and no picking up. I sent the passports to reserve and they replied to me more than 15 hrs later. While I found it somewhat unconventional that the entire communication occurred via WhatsApp rather than email, I understand that this may be a common practice in that region.
