Ziafat Ali was our personal driver for Desert Safari, We had a great Safari experience with him. We had an infant with us during the Safari and Ziafat Ali was extremely careful during the ride. Our family and kids enjoyed a lot.
Rayna Tours is the most useless company I have ever been unfortunate to come across. Scamming and dishonest, all they care about is cheating you out of your hard earned money. I paid a 60% deposit for an holiday package but informed them not to do anything concrete until I get a visa approval which they are processing but to my surprise, they messed up my visa application by not submitting all the documents that would help me get an approval and I ended up losing this visa. Worse, they refused to refund my money claiming they’re taking the larger part of it for a non refundable visa fee, hotel accommodation and their charges. I mean, which company that cares about their customers would spend their money to book down a non refundable hotel when they know quite well everything hinges on the visa approval? And i definitely have never come across any company that only thinks of their own selfish self after making a mess of a client’s plans. Now, not only are they making me miss out on a vacation, they’re also now adding to my mental health issues by refusing to refund my money and putting my life on hold when the main reason I was traveling was because the GP advice I take a break to get over the overwhelming pain of losing my Dad this year. I wouldn’t have even care about paying for the visa application but how can they ask me to pay for hotel accommodation and charges? I mean, whose fault was that? Especially when they never told me this, the only thing they told me will be non refundable was the visa fee so how come it’s a different story now? How unprofessional and unkind can they be by messing things up for people and still thinking of how to milk them? They’re my worse mistake ever in business service and I intend taking them up legally for this. I have the evidence of their own words in email showing they butchered my visa application. You’re making a mistake if you trust them with your money and vacation.
I applied for my Dubai visa in October 2024 with my husband, paid extra £600 non refundable fee to get the Good Conduct Certificate to help the application. The Application was rejected. I have been asking for a copy of the Good Conduct Certificate which I was told will be sent to me up until now. Only to be told in January 2025 that it last for only one month, it has been used, it can’t be retrieved. I do not believe there was any certificate done. This was a means to get extra money for us. I reached out to customer support and I was given a feedback link. Use them only if you are 100% sure you will get your visa.

One of the best service i have ever experienced. Very timely delivered service. Very reasonable charges. I got today tourist visa done on express service. Krunal had promised me the service will be done with in 8-10hrs and he kept his promise. I am very happy. A great experience- Rana Tanveer picked us up at 8.30 from hotel - great communication before the day and in the morning. The 4x4 that picked us up became our off road vehicle. The camel ride was brilliant and there was an opportunity to have a photo with a bird of prey. Overall a really good experience picked up, had lots of fun and back to hotel in 3 hours.
